When Beck asked his support act to help sing Bob Dylan’s
“Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat,” Banhart was nervous. “I don’t
really know the words, so I just kind of went, ‘Aba dag
blag yeah!’ Thankfully, it all worked out.” But there
was another, deeper reason for Banhart’s butterflies.
“Being onstage in the city where Sister Act took place?
It was electric!” Dude, the sequel’s even better.
