During his band’s performance at the socially conscious Florida fest, Strike Anywhere’s Thomas Barnett found himself unintentionally adopting a standard rock shtick. “There was a dust storm in the middle of our set,” says the lead singer for the Richmond, Virginia hardcore quintet, “and all this stuff got into my mouth. So when I yelled, ‘You gotta help me sing’ to the crowd, I actually meant it!”
